2 slices Abbott’s Bakery® Sourdough White (fresh)
2 tsps cup basil pesto
1 ball of burrata, torn
1/2 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
2 slices fresh prosciutto
1/3 cup baby rocket
1 tsps balsamic vinegar
Salt flakes and cracked pepper to season
Method
Spread two teaspoons of basil pesto on each slice of bread.
To assemble, place burrata, on top of one side of the bread, top with tomato slices, prosciutto, rocket and a 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. Season with salt flakes and cracked pepper.
